• Moderation: To enforce server rules, track warnings, and perform automated moderation actions

• Discord: Our Service operates within Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. When you use our Discord bot, you authorize us to access your Discord account information and server data as permitted by Discord's API.
• Twitch: Our Twitch integration uses Twitch's API and OAuth 2.0 authentication. When you connect your Twitch account, you authorize us to access your Twitch account information, channel data, and chat messages for moderation purposes. Our use of Twitch data is subject to Twitch's Terms of Service, Developer Services Agreement, and Privacy Policy. We comply with Twitch's API rate limits and usage guidelines.
• Lavalink: For music features, we use Lavalink servers to process and stream audio content. Audio data is processed temporarily and not stored.
• Payment Processors: Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and is subject to their privacy policies
• Hosting Providers: Our servers are hosted by third-party providers who may have access to technical data

• Account Unlinking: Request to unlink your Discord and Twitch accounts at any time through the dashboard settings

• Feature Control: Server administrators can disable data collection for specific features (logging, leveling, etc.) through the dashboard settings

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specific retention periods:

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion or bot removal
• Logging Data: Retained according to server administrator settings. Logs may be stored indefinitely if logging is enabled, or deleted when logging is disabled
• Leveling Data: Retained while the leveling feature is enabled. Data is deleted when the feature is disabled or the bot is removed from the server
• Moderation Actions: Retained for audit purposes, typically for 90 days to 1 year depending on the action type
• Message Content: When logging is enabled, message content is stored. Deleted when logging is disabled or the bot is removed
• Twitch Data: Retained while your Twitch account is connected. Deleted within 30 days of disconnection

When you remove the bot from your Discord server or disconnect your Twitch account, we will delete your platform-specific data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes. Linked account information may be retained if you maintain an active account on the other platform.
